General Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms may vary depending on the booking type, travel dates,
room category, package inclusions, offer, group size, event requirement
and season.
- All cancellations must be communicated to the resort team in writing, by email, WhatsApp or official booking communication.
- A cancellation request is considered valid only after acknowledgement from the resort team.
- Any refund, credit note or rescheduling approval is subject to the terms shared at the time of booking.
- Special packages, discounted offers and event bookings may have separate cancellation rules.
Final cancellation terms will be confirmed by the reservations team at the time of booking.

Room Booking Cancellation
For standard room bookings, cancellation charges may apply based on how
close the cancellation request is made to the check-in date.

Peak Season, Long Weekends & Festive Dates
Bookings made for peak season, holidays, long weekends, festival dates,
New Year period or high-demand dates may carry stricter cancellation terms.
- Advance payment may be non-refundable for selected peak dates.
- Date changes may depend on room availability and tariff difference.
- Discounted seasonal offers may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
- Any applicable tax, payment gateway fee or service charge may be deducted from refund amount.

Group Bookings, Conferences & Corporate Events
Group stays, MICE events, conferences, corporate meetings, seminars and
team retreats require advance planning and may involve separate cancellation
terms due to blocked inventory and event preparation.
- Advance payment for group bookings may be partially or fully non-refundable.
- Final guest count, room count, menu and event setup must be confirmed within the agreed timeline.
- Cancellation close to the event date may attract venue, room, food and arrangement charges.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and revised pricing.

Destination Wedding Cancellation
Destination wedding bookings involve room blocking, event planning,
vendor coordination, decor arrangements and food planning. Therefore,
cancellation terms may differ from regular room bookings.
- Wedding date confirmation may require non-refundable advance payment.
- Cancellation charges may apply for venue blocking, rooms, food planning and event arrangements.
- Decor, entertainment, third-party vendors and special arrangements may follow their own cancellation rules.
- Postponement or date change may be considered subject to availability and revised rates.
- Any written agreement or quotation shared for the wedding will take priority over general terms.
For wedding bookings, always request written cancellation and postponement terms before confirming the event.

No-Show Policy
If a guest does not arrive on the confirmed check-in date and does not
inform the resort in advance, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
- No-show bookings may not be eligible for refund.
- The resort may release the room or booking inventory after the no-show period.
- Any advance payment may be retained as cancellation or no-show charges.
- Rescheduling after no-show is subject to management approval and availability.

Rescheduling & Date Change
Date change requests may be considered depending on room availability,
season, tariff difference and booking terms.
- Date change requests must be made before the original check-in or event date.
- New dates are subject to availability and revised tariff.
- Peak season or special-event dates may not be eligible for free rescheduling.
- Only one date change may be allowed for selected bookings, subject to approval.
- If the revised booking value is higher, the guest must pay the difference.

Refund Timeline & Mode
Refunds, if approved, will be processed after verification of the booking,
payment record and applicable cancellation terms.
- Approved refunds are generally processed through the original payment method or bank transfer.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on bank, payment gateway or internal processing.
- Payment gateway charges, bank fees or taxes may be deducted where applicable.
- The resort is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.
Guests should retain booking confirmation, payment receipt and cancellation acknowledgement for refund follow-up.

Weather, Government Restrictions & Force Majeure
In case of unavoidable circumstances such as extreme weather, natural
calamities, road closures, government restrictions, health advisories or
force majeure events, cancellation or rescheduling may be handled case by case.
- Refunds may not be guaranteed for events beyond the resort’s control.
- Date change or credit adjustment may be offered depending on the situation.
- Guests are advised to check travel conditions before arrival.
- Government rules and safety instructions must be followed by all guests.
